Together with the 11th anniversary spot, many classes got rebalanced. His teleport was amazing, but I know why it was removed; it was perhaps too overpowered. But now that that's gone Maplestory Mesos, he can barely move around during final form at all.

But now you took that out! The regular jump is essentially futile. While in Final Type, Kaiser is arguably the least portable of all characters. There is just not enough time to enter the secure zones.

So that's mobility. I know why Wing Beat was nerfed, however there's a problem with just being able to have 2 in the area at any one time - you can not tell if one has disappeared if it is off the display. When I send out one to the left and you to the right, '' I do not know when I should send new ones, because if I send them some damage just gets wasted.

I suggest a compromise - place a tiny counter alongside the rest of the fans in the upper-right of the screen that reveals the number of wing beats are outside. There is already a thing there for Tempest Blades, even though that is actually unnecessary, so why not one for Wing Beat?

It had a wonderful balance as it was Maplestory 2 items, just regenerating HP while out of final shape, but now that it has gone entirely, Kaiser feels too fragile. Practically every other warrior class includes some kind of life steal, why did Kaiser's get removed? Demon Hunter includes a skill that can practically induce him to maximum HP with a single usage, and a very small anger price and barely-there cooldown. I think that the monster link HP regen should be brought back.
